I returned this TV for a few reasons. It was difficult to set up and the directions weren't as explanatory as they could be. I think someone may have returned this same item before as part of the setup was already done. Maybe they couldn't get any further either. The remote didn't work either and you needed it to finish the setup. I also couldn't get any reception so we were never able to actually watch it. The reception may have been because of our area, or it could have been that it was incorrectly setup, or a combination of both. In any case, after many many attempts to get it to work we decided not to keep it.
