I purchased this TV for our bedroom. While the picture quality and sound are both great one thing I was not aware of and find annoying is the light on the frame, with the TV in the bedroom, the light is on all the time. It is annoying at night and there is no way to turn it off. It's like having a night light on all the time. We do cover it with a book but I must say...why is it there? It is drawing electricity unnecessarity. With all the studies of green products, you would think Vizio would make this an optional light.
