I purchased product and then found out to my disappointment that it came from J & R and not Amazon. I only want to deal with Amazon, or I'd go to J & R site. I waited a month with no TV and then contacted merchant. Their response was "sorry, we don't have it in stock, we'll refund your money", which they haven't done yet.
Why did they charge my credit card if they didn't have TV in stock? Was it so they could earn interest for a month when they knew they would never deliver product? This is why I only want to deal with Amazon. Everybody else is irresponsible.Get more detail about Coby TFTV1022 10.2-Inch LCD TV.
